This website is intended exclusively for business and professional use by contractors, developers, builders, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, architects, interior designers, project managers, procurement companies, and other business entities.

The website is not directed at consumers, and no consumer sales are concluded through it. It is also not directed at individuals under the age of eighteen (18).

3. No Online Sales

No orders are placed and no payments are made through this website. All commercial transactions are concluded outside the website through direct correspondence, written offers, and signed commercial documents.

4. Product Information Is Not a Binding Offer

Product descriptions, dimensions, technical specifications, materials, finishes, hardware options, catalogues, renderings, photographs, lead times, and any indicative pricing published on this website are provided for general information purposes only. They constitute an invitation to treat and do not constitute a binding offer.

A binding commitment arises only upon a written offer or proforma invoice issued and signed by an authorized representative of the Company and accepted in writing by the customer. Where the content of this website conflicts with such a signed document, the signed document prevails.

As our products are manufactured to order, we reserve the right to modify product ranges, specifications, materials, finishes, and prices without prior notice. Colours, grain patterns, and finishes displayed on screen may differ from the manufactured product due to display settings, lighting, and the natural variation of materials.

5. Intellectual Property of the Company

All content on this website — including text, product designs, technical drawings, renderings, photographs, videos, catalogues, layouts, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software — is owned by the Company or licensed to it, and is protected under Turkish and international intellectual property law.

You may view this content and print or download individual pages for the purpose of evaluating our products in the course of your business.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

  • Reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content of this website;
  • Use our product images, renderings, or technical drawings in your own catalogues, tenders, proposals, or marketing materials;

6. Materials You Submit and Products We Manufacture

  • You own the intellectual property in those materials, or hold the rights necessary to submit them to us for the purposes described below;
  • Their submission to us does not infringe the rights of any architect, designer, contractor, employer, or other third party;
  • They contain no malicious code and no personal data beyond what is necessary for the assessment of your project.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the materials you submit for the purposes of evaluating your request, preparing a quotation, engineering, manufacturing, delivering, and supporting the requested project. We acquire no ownership of your intellectual property through their submission, and we do not publish or disclose your submitted drawings, specifications, or documentation to third parties.

Products manufactured by us. Products manufactured in our facilities are the result of our own production work. We retain the right to photograph, film, and publish images of the products we manufacture — including in our catalogues, website, social media channels, exhibition materials, and other marketing and reference materials — without further approval and without payment of any fee. This right relates to the manufactured product itself and does not extend to your drawings, specifications, project documentation, project name, site address, or any information identifying you or the end client, which remain subject to Section 11.

You remain responsible for retaining your own copies of any materials you submit.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website:

  • In any manner that breaches applicable law;
  • To transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected system;

Quotations, pricing, technical proposals, drawings, and other commercial documents issued by us are confidential and provided solely for the intended recipient’s evaluation of the relevant project.

They may not be disclosed to third parties, and in particular to our competitors, without our prior written consent.

We likewise treat your project documentation, project name, site address, and the identity of your end client as confidential, and do not disclose them without your prior written consent.

12. Personal Data

Personal data collected through this website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, for processing subject to Turkish legislation, our Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK Aydınlatma Metni). Cookies and similar technologies are addressed in our Cookie Policy.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, fire, flood, earthquake, war, civil unrest, strikes, interruptions to energy or telecommunications, changes in law, embargoes, export or customs restrictions, or failures of internet infrastructure or hosting providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

The Courts and Execution Offices of Mersin shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of this website, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available to individuals under applicable law.
